Capri Blue and Me

My husband and I, along with our roommate, recently renewed our lease for another year, so I am really excited to make our lovely apartment more homey! If you've been following me for a while now, and have seen clips of our apartment, you know how bright, clean, yet empty it looks.  The whole plan is to change that this year, and I am starting with small pieces that not only adds a nice element to our space, it fills the area with amazing smells as well!

Today, I will be sharing with you guys how I incorporate Capri Blue Candles into our home and my lifestyle. #CBandMe

CAPRI BLUE STYLE

When I received the opportunity to collaborate with Capri Blue, I immediately jumped on it because not only do they offer very unique fragrances for my home and myself, their packaging fits my style 100%! I knew from the get-go that I was going to love Capri Blue's products, and boy am I glad to let you guys know that they did not disappoint! Capri Blue has been masters in the fragrance and design world for over twenty years, and so needless to say, they know what they're doing! If you want to learn more about their story, click here.

I have been using their products since July and I am loving each and every single one! Let's start with the ones that I use the most, the candles.

CANDLES

The candles that I got are from their Mercury Collection. It's a no-brainer why I picked these ones, I mean, look at that packaging! I love the gold and silver and metal design, and their shapes are pretty unique too! I've never owned a rectangle and hexagon-shaped candle before, so when I saw these from their website, I was instantly drawn to them. Like their other designs, I love that once I burn through the entire candle, I will be able to reuse the jars.

The hexagon candle is in the scent Rain, and it's my favorite one out of the two! I was so intrigued by the name of it, and I fell in love the moment I unboxed it. It has gardenia, musk, and dewy honeysuckle notes which I think smells lovely, even my husband likes it a lot! I like burning it whenever I am working in our living room. It just keeps my mind calm in the midst of the busyness of work.

The smaller candle in the jewel box shape is in the scent Paris. I chose this candle for obvious reasons. I've never been to Paris, and I thought, maybe, through this candle, I might have a whiff of what Paris might smell like -- sophistication. This candle has a more potent smell compared to Rain, and because of that, I don't have to burn this for hours to make our room smell good. It has white tea, ginger, violets and vanilla notes, and it smells quite lovely. This one, I like to burn in the bedroom right before I sleep.

ROOM SPRAY

If I want an easy smell-fix around the apartment, like when we get surprise guests, or when the cooking smell lingers a little too long, Capri Blue's Room Spray has been a lifesaver! The room sprays come in Capri Blue's Signature Collection look, which is this beautiful cobalt blue bottle. The scent that I picked up is called Volcano, and I chose it because of its notes: tropical fruits and citrus, two smells that I love smelling in a home! Just two to three sprays of this stuff and our room is instantly transported to paradise!

HAND CREAM

As I chose products from Capri Blue's website, I made sure that I picked out at least one product from each category so I can feature as many different products as possible. Coincidentally, I've been in need of a hand cream that I can carry around with me, so when I saw that Capri Blue has them, I added one to my loot. They offer three fragrances, and the one that I chose is Aloha Orchid. It has orchid, jasmine, and gardenia notes, and usually, I do not like flowery smells, but this one, I was pleasantly surprised with! It smells so good, and not only does it keep my hands smelling yummy for hours, it helps keep them soft as well! The hand cream that I got is in full size (3.4 0z), but they also have them in a smaller size (1 oz), great for traveling.

Overall, I am pleased with everything that I got, and I am looking forward to purchasing their other scents. Now that fall is around the corner, it's time to start stocking up on cozier scents!

Before you leave, please do check out Capri Blue and all the other products they have. I'm sure you'll find fragrances and designs that will fit your style, the same way they did mine. :)
