15 Cute Summer Kimonos Under $15

I know I know, summer is almost coming to an end, but to be honest, I think that you can wear kimonos all year round!

In this post, I will show you how I styled my new pink kimono that I got from Romwe, as well as a roundup of cute kimonos that are under $15!

Pink Kimono Romwe — HOW I STYLED MY KIMONO

Kimonos are the perfect throw-on summer piece as they are very lightweight, yet provides a good amount of coverage from the sun during the day, and from the chilly breeze at night. This style of clothing came all the way from Japan, and is known for its beautiful patterns that mimic Japan's traditional clothing. This pink flower embroidered kimono is my first one, and I love how delicate and soft it looks. I am obsessed with this shade of pink, aka, the "millenial pink", and so I tried my best to style it along with my other pink things.

For this look, I wore my very old patterned romper from Forever21, and went for that casual street look by wearing my white Adidas NMD_CS1 Primeknit sneakers. I love the contrast of the feminine kimono against the comfy sneakers, and to add to the pink theme, I made sure I wore my pink socks, and accessorized with my pink Miniso Backpack.
