Easy Cream Cheese and Jam Toast for Breakfast
If you didn’t already know, for me, BREAKFAST FOOD IS LIFE!
If I can eat breakfast food all day, I would do it! I think it ties in with my obsession with coffee because coffee is THE breakfast drink in my book. Well today, I will be sharing the go-to breakfast dish that I’ve been doing since moving into our new place. This is a dupe recipe of the sweet open-faced toast from the cafe near our home. I was like, I LOVE THIS SO MUCH BUT I’M TOO BROKE TO ALWAYS COME HERE FOR THIS DISH SO HOW DO I MAKE IT MYSELF?!!
So, if you want to learn how to make my current favorite breakfast, keep on reading! I swear it’s soooo easy!
WHAT YOU NEED:
• cream cheese
• raspberry jam (or any flavor you prefer)
Toast the bread and let cool
Spread cream cheese all over the toast
Spread the jam on top of the cream cheese
Pour some granola on top
Drizzle some honey
Microwave dish for 10-15 secs if you prefer it to be a little warm
How easy was that right?!
Our favorite bread is this one because it’s made with whole grain and the slices actually have weight to them! It’s the only bread we buy and we get it at our local grocery. The granola we buy is from Trader Joe’s and is called Lowfat Mixed Berries Granola Cereal. You can get the rest of the items at any grocery store!
