How I Styled my Fake Dr. Martens

I feel like Dr. Martens is one of those styles that’s timeless just like Converse’s Chuck Taylors, and I feel like everyone should have at least one pair of them in their lifetime.

Since I cannot afford a pair right now, I used up my JustFab credits and got myself a white pair of combat boots that I think have the same look as the Dr. Martens.

The white faux leather combat boots are from JustFab like I said earlier and it has a high top. It’s not the most comfortable to walk in, but I’m sure once it’s completely broken in, the material will feel a lot softer. It also comes in a black croc style, and a plaid one. It fits true to size so I suggest that you size up a little if you plan to wear thick socks with it. These boots are regularly $62 bucks, but if you sign up as a VIP member today, you can get this for only $10!!!

For this outfit, I wanted the shoes to be the star of the show so I kept everything else black and plain. My white thermal is from Uniqlo from their heattech line, and my black feathered cardigan (L) is from Forever 21. My black ripped pants (size 29) and puffer jacket (L) are both from Uniqlo and the cute little plaid crossbody purse (from an old season so I cannot find exact link) is from Charming Charlie. For my final accessories, I wore my black ear warmers from JustFab, and wore my rose gold classic petite Melrose Daniel Wellington watch.

Did you like how I styled my new booties? How would you style them? Let me know below!
