HOW TO REALLY KNOW SOMEONE Q&A TAG
Found these questions on Tumblr and decided to turn it into a blog series where I answer 5 questions at a time.
Join the fun!
71. What is the one thing that you love the most about yourself?
Honestly, I had a hard time answering this. I just realized that it's so easy to pin point the things we don't like about ourselves, and not the ones that we love.
My answer to this would probably be the way I challenge myself in terms of my job, which is a content creator. If I want something, I will work hard to make it happen. If I don't know how to get where I need to be, I do my research, and I teach myself the steps, and then I go from there. I challenge myself to keep learning, expanding, because I know there's always more, and I don't want to be stuck in one place. It's been a really difficult journey since I am not seeing the engagement I am expecting, but I will not allow the numbers to discourage me from creating. God created me to be creative, and I find confidence in that, and I will make sure that I put out content that reflects what He's put inside me. I like all these things about myself.
But I hate that I can be the biggest procrastinator. :(
72. Would you try smoking? Alcohol? Why?
I tried smoking when I was a lot younger. My mom was a smoker, and my sisters and I just really hated it that we tried it to spite her behind her back. HAHA. That was really dumb, but fortunately, I didn't really get into it.
Alcohol on the other hand was a different story. I loved drinking alcohol. I enjoyed the process of getting drunk with my friends. Please note the tense. I used to drink, a lot, and I'm just so happy and thankful to God for taking me out of the lifestyle I was drowning in.
73. Where do you see yourself in 5 years?
In Jorge and I's own home, with two beautiful kids. I will most probably become an Instagram mom, so I am apologizing in advance for all the mommy pics I will be sharing. #willbesorrynotsorry
74. Would you try drugs? What kind? Why?
I think I have, but I'm not sure. My cousin handed me "candy", and the next thing I know, everything was slow and blurry, and my head was spinning. Just thinking about it right now is making me feel nauseated. It felt like I was extremely drunk, and I didn't really like that feeling at all. I don't know what that was exactly, but that was the only time, and I won't every try anything else ever! HAHA.
75. If a crystal ball could tell you the truth about yourself, your life, the future or anything else, what would you want to know?
I would want to know whether I get to see Jesus' second coming or not. But then again, I do not believe in crystal balls so...
