Mahi Leather REVIEW

I've been needing a new everyday bag for the longest time so when Mahi Leather reached out to me for a collaboration, I couldn't resist! I'm also all about supporting brands that give back to the community, so it was a no brainer, I said yes.

I chose the style The Athena because it looked really nice in the very detailed photos on their website. I was so happy when I opened up the package because it was everything I imagined it would look like and more! It came with a dust bag for safe-keeping, and the materials felt and looked really good. You can really tell that the bag was made with excellency. But what really drew me to get The Athena is the fact that it's big enough to fit my laptop and other important things like my notebook, wallet, chargers, etc., without looking so big and bulky! The shape of the bag is pretty structured, which I love, because I know that my stuff won't get jumbled inside.

It has a good-size pocket on the outside, and one small pocket on the inside where you can keep your keys, lipstick, or phone. A strap also came with the bag, so you can wear the bag in three ways: as a handbag, shoulder bag, and a cross-body bag! I did notice that the bag had a strong smell after I unpacked it, so I told their representative about it right away. She told me that the smell should wear off in no time, so I'm not so worried about it anymore. I'm really loving the black leather because it will compliment any outfit! I just wish this style came in a tan/camel color too because I'm sure it's going to look really good as well!
