How-To-Really-Know-Someone Questions Tag | 01
I wanted to do a questions tag kind of post so you guys can get to know me a little better, as if my blog isn't personal enough already, ha! Of course, I had to check back on our trusty old Tumblr to look for one that is worth blogging about, and alas, I did find one and I think this is the most unique and most meaningful questions tag I've ever seen. It has more than a hundred questions so I decided to break it down into a series of me answering 5 questions on each post.
1. How do you feel about birthdays?
I think birthdays are important, because it reminds us that we are here, we're alive, and that's something to celebrate about. I think that because we acknowledge this event every year, it can get a little old and we lose all the excitement for birthdays sometimes, and some hate adding 1 to their age every year because it makes them feel "old", I am very guilty of these things, but I think we should let go of that kind of thinking and just celebrate life! After all, it's our BIRTH date!
2. Do you believe in fate?
I believe that everything happens for a reason. I believe that there is a higher being weaving out our lives before us. I believe that God is behind all of the if-it's-meant-to-be-it's-meant-to-be's.
3. What do you think when a band/artist “sells out”?
Well, bands consist of human beings like us, meaning they make decisions in life too, and I think that if ever they do sell out, they have their reasons. It may not always be for the best, but if they had to do it, they will. I guess that's part of human nature.
4. What do you think of fans and fandoms?
I honestly think it's kind of stupid to fan over celebrities. I mean, it's okay to admire them, but to be obsessed about them is just too much for me and I can't be around those kind of people. My sister is ~*fAn-GuRlinG*~ over that JaDine couple to the point that she has all their songs, their movies and she plays them out loud for everyone in our house to hear. we get it, you're a fan but why do we also have to listen to this crap over and over again?! huhu
5. Any specific personality traits you would like to see in your life partner?
The few traits I wanted for my partner to have was patience, honesty and a good sense of humor. I'm blessed because my husband possess all these good qualities, and a whole lot more! <3
