We live in Brickell, which is Miami’s new downtown, and we LOVE IT HERE! Everything’s walking distance, so there’s always places to go see and visit when we get bored at the apartment. When we first told people that we were moving to Miami, the responses we got were “but it’s so hot there”. Guess what? WE LOVE IT hahaha.Read More

I cannot believe that I will love motherhood as much as I do! It almost feels like this is my calling. Anyway, this post isn’t about me or my feelings. Today, I wanted to share with you the first three months of Adeline’s life!
She almost 5 months, and it still feels just like yesterday when I pushed her out into this crazy world. Her first three months flew by so quickly, and honestly, most of it is a blur! It’s just a mix of days where I am constantly checking diapers, feeding her milk, and constantly cuddling her — the most fulfilling 3 months of my life yet.Read More
I knew that fall was everyone’s favorite season, but I didn’t fully understand how vast people’s love for autumn was until we visited the pumpkin patch this year.
Once October hit, I felt like everyone just turned their wardrobe around, got the cozy knits out, unpacked all the beautifully patterned scarves and socks, and welcomed the yummy crispiness in the air with open arms and pumpkin spice lattes in their hands. This month, fall hit, and it hit hard, and I am so for it!Read More
The first few weeks — heck the first two months after giving birth to Adeline were so hard for me.
Like I said in one of my Instagram posts, I didn’t really give postpartum recovery some thought, so I didn’t expect all the pain that I felt. I actually still feel the pain now because my wound didn’t close up (yeah, I know huhu), but that’s a post for another day.
Today, I want to talk to you about why I am not “breastfeeding” Adeline. There will be no tips and tricks here. Just my thoughts, and my feelings about the whole thing.Read More
A few weeks ago, Jorge and I woke up really early for our maternity shoot, and I love how the photos turned out!
We originally planned to shoot the photos at a different location, but the place we had in mind didn't open until 8AM, and we were rooting for a "golden hour" shoot. Because we were already out by 6AM, and there was no way we were going to wait for 8AM because the light will be so different, Jorge took us to a trail where he used to run regularly. It was literally 5 minutes away from our house. Though it wasn't the original location for the vision we had for this shoot, it did not disappoint. :) Enjoy the photos!Read More
We are officially full term!
I cannot believe how quickly time flew by. I cannot believe we get to see our sweet little girl this month. I cannot believe we're almost at the end of my first pregnancy journey. I cannot believe this! The past few weeks have been dedicated to preparation of Baby Suarez's arrival, and is the reason why the bumpdates didn't come as regularly as I had originally planned.Read More
I officially said "hello" to my third trimester last week! WOOTWOOT!
It feels like it was only yesterday when I saw those two lines that screamed "you're pregnant", and now, we're more or less three months away to meeting our little angel. I cannot believe how time has quickly flown by, but I am extremely excited to hold Baby Suarez. We still don't have a name for her. 😂
Overall, I feel good. But whenever I get asked how I'm doing, I always answer withRead More
Here's my first ever blog post featuring my baby bump.
I'm not sure why I didn't start sooner, but I guess it's better late than never. I know that I will be looking back at these posts in the future, so I will try to keep this new blog series pretty consistent until baby girl comes out.Read More
